Hand-picked fruits are delivered to cold storages by refrigerated vehicles that serve only for that purpose. Fresh fruit are received by a technologist who performs a qualitative and quantitative reception. According to the controlling plans, the technologist takes fruit samples, sends them to analyzes and identifies the origin of the goods due to the mandatory “traceability procedure”.

Then, the palletized fruit goes to the refrigeration. Fruit is exposed to cooling mode at a temperature of 0-2 ° C. The cooled fruit is then frozen in freezing tunnels at a temperature of -30 ° C. Freezing is completed when the temperature is at -18 ° C.

Deep frozen fruit, packaged in boxes and shelves, is stored in chambers at a temperature of -20 ° C and thus prepared for processing.

Fruits are processed in various quality categories and packaged in various packaging depending on the requirements of customers.
