Raspberry from Serbia is characterized by a high percentage of dry matter of 8-14%, which speaks of multiple advantages in the quality, utilization and technological value of the fruit.

The most widely used raspberry variety in Serbia is Willamette, which is characterized by exceptional taste and dark red colour even after deep freezing. Apart from Willametta, Miker is also very popular.

Raspberries are hand-picked carefully and packed directly into plastic panets with or without paper coat 100g-500g. The transport of fresh raspberries is done at 0 degrees Celsius.
